Zoutou | The Gift
Zoutou | The Gift: After the recent success of the In Apolo's Name project, it was shown that Apolo fans can make a difference by supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Zoutou | The Gift strives to allow Apolo's dedicated fans to continue to support these charities. No better place to make a difference than in Salt Lake City, UT, the city that will always mean something special to him. [More info.]

Market Short Track Speedskating
A message from Julia Agostinelli:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/market-STspeedskating
Per special request from the U.S. Speedskating Development, a select group of Short Track Enthusiasts compiled a marketing plan on how U.S. Speedskating can increase its fan base and improve relations with Short Track followers. This comprehensive marketing plan was delivered to Carl Cepuran in March 2003, who then presented the plan at the Annual Board Meeting in April 2003, Anaheim, CA. A few improvements have already taken place at USS.
This mailing list is developed in order for "serious-minded" Short Track Speedskating enthusiasts to view the existing marketing plan and offer additional ideas that can be presented to the U.S. Speedskating's next Annual Board Meeting, April 2004, Saratoga Springs, NY. This mailing list will be opened for a limited time only. A pdf file of the document is offered for viewing and printing only.
Come join and be part of short track history!
Remember, GO FAST, TURN LEFT!

Apolo Thinking About 2010 Games
On July 2, Vancouver, British Columbia was selected as the city to host the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Apolo is considering extending his Olympic career to 2010, since Vancouver is so close to Seattle, his hometown.
"Being so close to my home, it may make me want to stay," Apolo said on Wednesday. He continued: "2010 is a long ways away so I still have to think things over. But it's definitely a possibility, that's for sure."
